Steps to Wellbeing Service is a free, confidential NHS service for to people aged 18+. They offer a range of different types of treatment for people experiencing problems with low mood/depression, anxiety or stress.
The service runs on the basis of people self referring themselves and they needed a website that would really help people in need quickly understand the benefits the S2W could provided along with the seamless ability to refer themselves.
Working closely with a specially selected focus group we designed and built a website based around the needs of people suffering from the conditions S2W can help with. The result was an overwhelming increase in referrals.
